Our most recent project is located in Royston, BC. The construction included extending the deck for more space around the sunroom to retain the access. This sunroom features insulated roof panels for true 3 season capability. With stunning views of the Comox bay and ocean, the owners can now enjoy the outside all year round in comfort.

Located in beautiful Colwood, BC, involved designing and constructing a sunroom in an outdoor covered patio area. We incorporated the existing posts, post supports and slabs into the design which is always a challenging aspect to any additional construction. In this design, 4 - 8 ft. slider doors were utilized and provide maximum access. Bug screens on all sliders and windows ensure maximum air flow for those hot summer days. The owners always used the room as an outdoor TV and relaxation lounge but wanted to enjoy the garden view while keeping the fall and winter weather out.
The modular construction seems to enhance every structure our projects are applied to. These owners are very happy with their new Seaview sunroom.

Another project located in Sooke, BC, required designing and constructing a sunroom in a similar outdoor covered patio area. We incorporated the existing posts, post supports and slabs into the design and in this case, installed cedar finishing and an electric fireplace In this design. The house is up higher in the mountain and in the wind which made the patio almost unusable much of the time. As well as enhancing the look of the dwelling, Seaview Sunrooms provided a year-round outdoor living room where they can enjoy the beautiful Sooke views.

This project was in Victoria BC and required designing and constructing a sunroom on an existing deck. This room feature lots of ceiling glass and an extended glass roof over the stairs for a nice covered porch in front of the entry door. Part of the contract included rebuilding the stairs. Although the stairs were recovered in new vinyl, the existing deck vinyl was in great shape requiring a coat of paint to freshen it up. The entry door is a standard locking unit.

This project in Sydney, BC, required removal of an older sunroom initially. Built on an existing deck our new sunroom adds value to the dwelling as well as providing an all-year-round extra room to enjoy the outdoors, indoors. This room includes 2 glass panels as well as a lockable entry door.
